Of course, it is important that all of our raw materials through rigorous testing and control, to ensure the excellent quality, safety and traceability. We can track every batch of products of raw materials and process conditions.
We use two kinds of process to produce gelatin: alkaline or acid method. Each stage of production process are under strict hygiene conditions, and will not happen in the whole manufacturing process of chemical modification. Formed at the end of the process, gelatin gel strip, then we are going to the drying and crushing into granule, then granular gelatin stored, according to different customers and applications for further processing.

Company has a complete research system and strong ability of independent research and development, has a precision analysis laboratory and modern test base, research and development and advanced testing equipment, can satisfy different technology series, different test standards of inspection and test. Gelatin is achieved by partially hydrolyzed collagen. Collagen is a natural source of raw materials, mainly exists in animals' bone, skin, muscle, tendon and scales. The multistage process is complicated, we strictly control, scientific research place more than 4000 square meters, matching & have spent X  Ray fluorescence spectrometer, such as plasma emission spectrometer is worth nearly ten million yuan of testing equipment, ensure the smooth operation of the different research and development direction of the task.
